The change that takes place in us when we breathe God in and are filled is remarkable. We are changed from the inside out; only recently I have been able to fully take hold of the concept. Not because I did not believe it, I just did not have complete understanding of it until it happened to me. It started with the dealing of my internal struggles, accepting the fact that I had been responsible for the distance I had created between God and I, shifting my priorities from me back to Him and following Him entirely. Immediately I began to feel differently and the debilitated spirit that had tried to take up residence in me was evicted. The renewal inside could not be contained and began to overflow, making alterations to my physical body. My outside appearance was now becoming a reflection of how God was transforming me on the inside. The “me” God had created was emerging and His light was showing through me, recognizable not only to myself but those around me.
I feel God is working in, through and improving me every moment and I am in total reverence of what He has done. Before I experienced this metamorphosis, it was difficult to identify this occurrence in the lives of others. I am grateful beyond measure that He made a change in me, but also thankful that He made it possible for me witness and comprehend the beautiful rebirth in someone else. Yes, without a doubt we are blessed with happiness when we are captivated by God, but to see His love invade and change those seeking Him is absolutely awe-inspiring.
~ 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come
~ Matthew 5:16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that[b] they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

How TRUE! We don’t get the fact that ‘we’ are creating the distance until we seek Him, and that’s when we understand it was us all along. God bless!
Hello! Facing that fact makes it so much easier for God to get through to us. Thank you so much for reading.
